After working under Angela Hartnett and training in three Michelin-starred restaurants, Georgie founded Georgie's Table to bring the same refined experience he mastered in professional kitchens into a more intimate setting.
His approach focuses on seasonal ingredients, technical precision, and quietly confident execution - delivering Michelin-level food without the formality of a restaurant dining room.
Sous Chef
Formerly of Kitchen Table, Elystan Street, and Murano, Ari brings a refined French foundation paired with subtle Asian influence. His cooking balances classical technique with modern flavour, contributing depth and creativity to each tasting menu.

With experience at Leroy, Goldies, and Fire Social, Will specialises in precise meat and fish cookery. His attention to detail and respect for ingredients ensures every dish is executed with consistency, balance, and confidence.
Sommelier
A Level 3 trained sommelier from a Michelin-star background, Max curates wine pairings that enhance — never overpower — each course. His focus is on thoughtful, palate-driven selections that elevate the overall dining experience.
